Odessa facilitates Digital Transformation for UK’s Haydock Finance
By Gloria Methri
Haydock Finance, a provider of asset-based funding solutions to UK SMEs, has selected Odessa to help it deliver an improved experience to its customers.
Odessa announced that Haydock Finance has recently gone live on its platform. This project standardised Haydock’s operations by consolidating three legacy systems (origination, back office, and recoveries database) into an integrated, end-to-end solution.
This, coupled with the automation of critical business functions like collections, has helped streamline key business processes for Haydock. The Odessa platform has also improved its operational efficiency and reduced data entry for processes such as “proposal to agreement,” leading to faster time to market.
“Odessa’s customised solutions will empower us to be agile, fuel our future growth, and enhance the customer experience that we deliver. We have found a partner who shares our vision and understands what modern-day asset finance organisations need in their digital transformation. We appreciate their constant support through every aspect of the implementation,” said John Jenkins, CEO of Haydock Finance.
Odessa’s extensive suite of core and value-added capabilities, including the Odessa Core Platform, Odessa Insights for operational and financial reporting, and Odessa Build and Test for agile DevOps, will empower Haydock Finance with modern and efficient workflows.
Haydock leveraged this platform to align with its specific business requirements and integrate with its complete partner and business ecosystem of third-party providers.
“This go-live reiterates our commitment to provide tailored solutions to serve the diverse needs of customers around the world while maintaining global best practices in the Asset Finance services sector,” said Odessa SVP of Business Development, Alexandre Ellwood. “Our collaboration reflects the alignment of technology, innovation, and expertise in achieving outstanding results.”
