Jamaica’s First Global Bank partners with Profile Software

Profile Software has announced the implementation of its Smart Banking solution, Finuevo Suite, at First Global Bank. The solution meets the bank’s need for a modern end-to-end solution, providing front-end, digital onboarding and loan origination facilities.

It has also successfully addressed the bank’s requirements cost-effectively and flexibly, integrating a modern Digital and Core Banking platform with an open architecture.

First Global Bank Limited (FGB) is a commercial bank in Jamaica. It was originally established in 1970 as The First National Bank of Chicago (Jamaica) Limited.

Profile’s end-to-end banking solution, Finuevo Suite (comprising Finuevo Core and Finuevo Digital), is an advanced solution that covers the entire range of banking and financing processes. By focusing on the bank’s unique needs, Profile quickly bundled Digital Onboarding and Product Origination with Finuevo Suite.

The solution provides completely digital functionalities, including certification and digital onboarding, account origination, loan origination, automatic credit check, instant loan approval and initiation, credit card origination and full monitoring of the progress of the customer loans’ applications.

The Finuevo Suite enables FGB to realise its intelligent brand strategy by seamlessly integrating digital and physical banking channels. The integration enhances customer retention and transforms the customer experience with real-time system integration, helping to reimagine how the bank interacts and transacts with clients.

The solution’s modular architecture will enable FGB to rapidly deploy diverse and innovative financial products and services.
