Superbank has expanded banking access to Grab users and partners in Indonesia to provide the convenience of opening accounts, saving money, and using these accounts as a direct payment method within the Grab app without having to download an additional app.
Superbank users on Grab also receive 6% annual savings interest that can be withdrawn at any time and enjoy Super Discount 75% offerings for GrabFood and GrabBike services. This launch represents a significant step for Superbank in expanding easy, safe, and affordable financial access for the people and supporting broader financial inclusion.
Tigor M. Siahaan, President Director of Superbank, said, “We are very excited to see how people can easily open accounts, save, and make payments directly through the Grab app. This feature supports our mission to transform banking in Indonesia with innovative and secure financial solutions. We believe that the presence of Superbank in Grab not only provides easier access to banking services and attractive offers for Grab users but also supports them in better saving and managing their finances.”
Neneng Goenadi, Country Managing Director of Grab Indonesia, added, “Now, millions of our users and partners can easily, quickly, and securely access banking services and Grab services in one application. Superbank’s high savings interest offer at 6% per year is expected to help the community. This aligns with our mission to sustainably make a broader positive impact through technological innovation and economic empowerment. We are optimistic that the presence of Superbank can also help promote financial inclusion in Indonesia.”
Superbank is also gradually offering Pinjaman Atur Sendiri (PAS) to selected Grab users. PAS is an unsecured digital loan that can be applied for within minutes, with flexible credit limits and terms, as well as transparent interest and fee information for customers.
Supported by industry leaders in the fields of technology, media, and finance such as Grab, EMTEK Group, Singtel, and KakaoBank, Superbank continues to integrate technology and expertise in financial services into its products and offerings.
“Superbank on Grab provides a more inclusive and relevant banking experience for users, enabling them to manage their finances more effectively and leverage more accessible financial services,” added Tigor.
